She had a Tumblr account with over 900 posts sharing her emotional turmoil, dealings with depression, loneliness & thoughts about her wanting to take her own life.

The only response she got, was insensitive assholes, like the majority of people on Tumblr, encouraging her to do it. She was bullied consistently.
Olivia attempted to kill herself every year in May 1st since 2008.

In May 2012, her short life came to an end.

Mess - New Purchases, New Project and a New Perspective in Life.

It has been a mess for me. Sheets of paper everywhere, ideas of all sorts pushing me to do them all at once… and room waiting to be decluttered.

Here is a quick summary of my week:

I started sewing my tote bag project last week. Working at Parramatta is really handy because you get to explore shops after work. I went to Lincraft to buy a piece of Calico Fabric to practice my sewing skills and so far its great although I must admit, I only have limited knowledge in sewing. I only learned this from my Home Economics teacher from grade school and that was 12 years ago. I am very rusty but I am getting there.

I won’t say I am broke because I still have cash to spare but I almost got into that stage. On thursday, I got my paycheck and everywhere I went, everything was on sale. I could not resist splurging on some cheap clothes lol. I think everything is STILL on sale because its Mid-Season and everything must go cos obviously they need space for new items. Unfortunately though, I got too excited not realising that one of the clothes I bought was not actually on sale. And the book, oh Gulay how can I resist Tina Fey?

And now, the mess:

It’s like, living in a pigsty. I dont think I can concentrate working on some projects if my room is like this. I must start cleaning up, grab some lunch and do some work.

BTW, I finished my creative resume yesterday. Yey.

I believe that to be able to live a happy, healthy life… One must do things they truly enjoy. I enjoy coming up with ideas and I hope I can make them all happen.

I’m on my way there.

100 Portraits of Women and Men Between the Ages of 1 and 100

1 to 100 Years Project is an awesome portrait project by Belgian photographer Edouard Janssens in which he photographed 100 women and 100 men at each age between 1 and 100. His goal was to show the aging process in a positive manner and to provide an interesting visualization of the link between generations. He didn’t handpick the subjects either — all the participants volunteered through the project’s website (excluding the kids, of course).

Interestingly enough, Janssens himself appears in the project — his self-portrait can be seen at number 50 on the men’s side.

The photographs were also arranged into slideshow videos:
